Ability's Locate Dialog can locate any employee or recipient
record with just a few keystrokes. The Search By index
you select is incrementally searched with each Search
Character you enter, thus locating recipient records rapidly.
In the
illustration above, the Last Name index is incrementally
searched for the first occurrence of Search Characters
SMI.
