Select
Print Forms from a form's File menu
to display the Printer Options dialog. Print
jobs can be batched in order to reduce the load on system resources. As
indicated below, the active print job is NOT BATCHED. |

The NO CLIPPING message ensures that data prints within the target printer's
clipping rectangle, especially when printing on pre-printed forms. When
the INSTRUCTIONS box is checked, one Recipient is printed
per page with Instructions to the Recipient at the bottom
of the page. If the Pressure Seal box is checked, Account
Ability assumes you want to print on Z-Fold Pressure Seal forms. The Account
Ability Forms Division carries a complete line of continuous, laser,
and pressure seal forms. |
